- Additional copies of lease supplied within 7 days ($5)
- Other paperwork requests – office time $25/hour with 1 hour minimum
- After first in one year notice – additional warning/violation ($35)
- Appliance cleaning ($50) plus $25 per hour over 2 hours
- Calling for rent pick-up or to meet and then not being there ($35)
- Fuse replacement $35 after first time
- City of Maple Height Rental Registration ($225-275) as posted
- Lease update tenant request ($75-550) depending on what is involved.
